"Do you have a portrait, figure or beach/ boat picture you would like to send in for me to paint?

I'd be very pleased to consider it and if I used and and sold the resulting painting I would be happy to give you a small commission (around 12%).

I’m looking for the type of image you see on this site, but not pets please.

I would require your permission in writing to use the painting I derive from the image in any way I see fit. (i.e., I would like to sell it).

I would also like you to confirm that you have the right to give me the picture.

Be assured that none of my paintings are intended for use in an inappropriate or offensive manner."
